I love how he spent 10 seconds telling us what the real problem is, and passed off a lot of controversial stuff with some witty and boring banter for the remaining 11 minutes and 49 seconds.

Well exercise and diet have been covered by hundreds of people, this video was about the more outlying factors that may be contributing to obesity.
