You mean this thing: Ș

Sara - Basically, a comma under an S gives the Sh, sound. Comma under a T gives the Ts (like the "ts" in "cats"), sound. The cedilla is also used, but incorrect. I've had to use a cedilla for a long time until now Windows 7 finally has the comma under the S and T in the character map, so now I use that in my WIP instead.
