A rain moment

drops line up
on window lip

thick wooly clouds
clog the mountain

my nose weeping
from neti pot use

rain stilled-
fire’s hiss

earth
slick, glistening

chakra cool
mind calm

Love Angel

embodies openness
8 hearts
violet robe with wings
yellow halo wrapping a large cap of brown hair
arms outstretched palms up ready to give and receive love
suspended over each hand is a red heart

I feel soft energy in my chest. breasts warm- easy.
a large crow flew toward my window with his coal black wings extended he veered up to the roof. The soft midnight of his breast exposed. A morning call of the red bird who punctuates the tips of feral bushes. Spring coat of vivid golden-yellow with a smart cap of black the Goldfinch pecking wildly, hungrily.
Sun’s up over the mountain ridge and poking it’s golden rays into my eyes.
my mind looks down at the center of my chest and ponders the chakra colors emanating. Heavy meaty warmth deep dark red roses

My navel is warming. A gentle opening. This is my Monday love mandala

honesty

my angel has her back to me and is facing a full length mirror. she has on a long robe of pale green her wings are yellow ochre and brown is her hair. She is looking deeply into herself.

it’s dark out except for the street lights. Their little pools of yellow and pink illuminate rain shined roads. A clicking-snicking-popping sound of the heating fin is singing an early morning song.

I am quiet

I think I can hear geese honking as they fly over.

what is honesty?

Openness

Angel in large pink robe stands with her arms open, hands up, wings a deep summer blue, hair a chocolate brown, yellow arching halo.

I am washed, fed, mind greased by writing- ready to open my day to others. I stand on the Tuesday porthole. Today time is fast. Monday it crawled.

I step into the highway of strangers and friends.
I feel shut up tight like a treasure box.

Let the day begin.
