Has anyone heard of these guys? I've heard that they do amazing things for writers--but I'd really like some external input before I consider using them.

I believe they can be very helpful, but I'm still slightly concerned about their conditions of service...
I don't know. Something about having a cadre of spiritually broken, subhuman writers scribbling away for me is just... attractive.
