I'm betting on spiderman being quicker.

But Batman wouldn't just walk into a fight. Spiderman would have to send him cryptic jokes or riddles before Batman would show up. And when he did show up, he'd be prepared with anti-webbing cream on his mask.

But even then, Spiderman's got to be quicker, springier and nimbler than the Bat.
Although the Bat is almost certainly stronger.

Um. No. Batman is a normal human who's simply done some weight training and gymnastics. No superpowers whatsoever.

Spiderman is a human with advanced powers and strength because of the bite of a radiactive spider.

My money is on Spiderman in a straight up fight.

Though a soft-spoken gentleman, I'll bet Snagglepuss could tie knots in The Pink Panther's limbs.

If Spider-Man meets Batman in an alley and a fight spontaneously erupts he'd make quick work of him.

But Batman's the comic book world's master strategist. He took out the entire JLA by mistake once, based on preparation alone. That's Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, the whole gang. If he knew somehow had a heads up that Spider-Man was looking for him, he'd have something ready to squash Peter with by the time they met up.

Or he'd just offer Parker's perpetually broke self a cool million to walk off and "win" that way.

As for Ingrid vs. Sophia... I think Joan Crawford would beat them both.
