Probably the library.
Medi's is also upside-down.

Not sure about anyone else, but there are probably others.

They're only upside down if you're not hanging from the ceiling. Maybe that's a clue!

DU'OH!

I am usually April Fool Proof. Yeah, the avatar thing is cute and I saw the AW banner and went 'eheheheh'...

I was got. Seriously got. So got that I sat at my computer trying to figure out how it would actually honestly truly work.

Clicked links, saw a connection to AW and went OHAI an AWer created this...STILL didn't clue in until I saw final link and went...DU'OH!

Maybe there's rhyme and reason as to whose were stolen, whose were stolen and upside-downed, and whose remain intact? :D

Give it time, they may get to you.

I've noticed some people got it early, and some have gotten it later.

Well I'm at a loss here.

If only I knew an elderly British woman or a fussy Belgian or perhaps a rail-thin Brit to help us out. Maybe a world-weary gent from San Francisco or a New Yorker who was so fat he barely left his special chair. Is there a man on the edge who doesn't play by the rules who is just about to lose his badge if he doesn't get outta the chief's office right this second?

Someone help us solve this mystery!

Kansas! Again.
I updated my facebook to inform everyone that I'm in an open relationship with God, Mary & Jesus. I wish it would also let me add that "It's complicated," but alas, there are only two.

I need a more obvious clue, I'm a writer not a detective! Besides I don't even know if what I'm looking at are actually clues or not...

Sage did it.

So did the Easter bunny.

They are in cahoots, I tell you!

I took honors paleography :D

I can even prepare the vellum. Half uncial is my best hand, but I can do a fair Bastarda . . .

Neat! I know theoretically how to prepare parchment, but I lack the tools and the dead sheep. I do have some vellum in my studio. I simmered some of the scraps to make sheepskin glue for painting and adhesion.

I do mostly classic gothic, which when I get rolling is as hypnotic to write as it is to read. Although now I think about it, I do like half-uncial. I'm not familiar with Bastarda, unless it's like rustic Roman.

And sometime I just write what feels right with the pen. I have a sack of goose quills I cut into nibs. (You would already know, but for everybody else's benefit -- you slice the feathery bits off the quill, so it never has that ridiculous ostrich plume effect ever.)

I seem to have been the victim of an avatar pilferer. Well.
