So that's what it is.

When I was a teenager, I took horseback riding lessons. I used to fantasize about the horse bolting and going for miles. Then I'd be lost and I wouldn't have to go to my stupid effing job at Quizno's.

Unfortunately, the horses would just throw me.

oh man...

making real fuel coffee tonight - I have a 3 day weekend, no day job for 3 days, but I am going to do the writer job, for reals! My intention is to go to bed at a decent hour so I am up at a decent hour.

I've been doing much better since I've come to live in the new apartment - haven't had a serious bout of insomnia since I've been here but I'm backsliding a little at the "decent bed-time" and the taking of too many naps after work.

that means that as tired as I am, no naps! I have to stay up till 11, then sleep at night like a normal person.

I agree my Queen. We've finally been getting some rain here too.

And the interesting thing about the heat, is it creats the most interesting storm clouds...we have some "Neverding Story" looking ones outside my window at work right now.

We've been getting pounded with thunderstorms recently. I had to drive through a major downpour this morning on my way to work which wasn't fun.

Since we're talking about fb, my friend posted this on her wall today. I thought it was cute/funny.



I love how inceredibly pissed the cat is while the dog bounces around like a big doofus. lol

Kitteh seems less than pleased with this boopage....

My grand plans have started out ok. Day one: to bed at decent hour....

Lessee... I went to bed at 11 pm, woke at 12:30 to a strange noise, and then back to bed and slept for 8 straight hours.

That hardly ever happens.

I did stay in bed till about 9:30 this morning and I'm almost done with my notes I planned to work on today. Not a bad start.

Why, Princess Ambrosia, the local fog is indeed lovely, especially when there are so many healthy green trees in its midst. It also keeps the royal courtyard within sensible temperatures on a summer day!
