Soooo... I'm very curious/interested about writing w/o traditional punctuation - I am not a writer (yet) - given the sampling below, is there any part of the 'writing community' that will take my efforts seriously if I don't use traditional punctuation?

First, welcome to the watercooler.

Second, I have no idea what it is you've posted, as I didn't read it. But you cannot post your work in the New Members forum. If you want to share your work and ask for opinions/feedback, then there is a forum for that, called Share Your Work, and you can post it there once you've reached 50 posts.

For now, I'm editing out your article.

Hello.

And as far as writing without punctuation, unless it's poetry (which has it's own rules and conventions) I seriously doubt anyone will take you seriously. It would be like trying to play football where whenever you get tackled, you just get up and keep running. The rules are there for a reason.

In all seriousness, you should make all attempts to write within the standard conventions layed out in whatever language of your choice. The editors will have a feild day if it ever got to them. Most likely it would not make it out of the slush pile to them.

Not sure why your reasons for wanting to do so. Maybe if you explained your idea in further depth...?
