Tally, if you're still around I am now. And if you were going to ask about MAAH, I'm planning to finish reading it while we're on vacation (Tuesday-Sunday).

Fear my mind-reading power. ...Nah, not really. But I'm looking forward to reading the rest of it :D

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been around much the passed few days. XD I pulled an all nighter and screwed everything up, haha. :p But I'm somewhat back on track now.

I got my shiny new 13" MacBook Pro today! : D It's amazing so far! I'll be upgrading to Lion tonight, so I hope it doesn't mess anything up. :p

Also, I shall be downloading the free trial of scrivener for the Mac! Hoorah!

Still debating what apps I want to buy with the free $100 gift card I got. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've got one of those two! Except I've dropped mine so many times that it's all dented. And I've only had it for a year. Yikes.

Ooh yikes indeed. o_O; I'm so paranoid of dropping my laptop. I swear, walking out of the mall with it was horrifying. I was terrified it would fall out of it's box case thing.

This is my first laptop though, and my first Mac, so I'm not sure how durable these things are. XD I'm gonna treat it as a very fragile item though, just to be safe. x_x;

Do you write in Pages, Tally?

I've had my laptop almost two years and never dropped it. I treat it as though it were a child.

XD I'm trying to decide if I should get Word or Pages. But I'll play around with scrivener before I download a dedicated word processor. :) I wanna upgrade to Lion before I buy any apps anyway.

Haha Ari. I'm sitting on the couch with my mother, and she saw your icon and immediately bursts out laughing. o_O;

I feel like there is some joke I'm not understanding. XD

Word is better. Actually, if you can, get the entire Microsoft Office set: Entourage, Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Most useful thing on my computer.

Say... if you guys could meet (peacefully, say, for an interview) any monarch from any place and any time in history, who would you choose?

Queen Victoria? So I can pull a Tooth and Claw and try to get her to say "We are not amused"? :tongue

...Ky, that is brilliant and I can't believe I didn't think of it.

*bows*

Also I'm obsessed with the Victorian era, so it's only natural.

Hehe good one. :D I don't think it counts, but I was thinking Reinette.

The way she was treated and the amount she was involved in politics, she's close enough to royalty. Counts for me. :)

Royalty? Anne Boleyn.

But I said monarch.

Alexander the Great or Julius Caeser, probably. Maybe Lizzy or Victoria.

I've always been told that I'm a descendant of Louis XIV, although not a direct one, and that's probably all speculative, but I think I would like to spend some time with him. No matter how much of a prick he might be.

Oh and hey guys :)
