I've been horizontal since Sunday. Have a muscle spasm in my back. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being very bad) this was an 11. I'm still sore and walking like a pretzel but it's getting better.Then I clicked on the link. Aaaggghhhhh. Unconsciously moved to the music. Ow!!
