I think releasing them one at a time before the novel comes out is a good idea. It may hook you some loyal readers, and once the novel is released, people may search your other works and buy the novellas.

I know you're pretty familiar with how my journey has progressed. I just wondered if you'd considered going the way I did, which is pretty much exactly the opposite of what you're proposing. That is, release the novel first, and the shorter works one at a time after that.
Mind you, I'm not saying that my way was the absolute correct way of doing things. It's just one more idea to throw out there.
Whatever you decide, I wish you heaps of success.
