Happy songs - No One - Alicia Keys; Umbrella, Rihanna, anything from the Black Eye Peas; Renegades of Funk, Rage Against The Machine; Fireflies, Owl City.

If in front of the dryer, folding laundry, Play It Loud by Black Eye Peas gets me doing the butt dance, along with I Gotta Feeling, Light Up The Night and Where Is The Love.

Naughty songs - Closer, Nine Inch Nails; S&M, Rihanna; You're Making Me High, Toni Braxton; Erotica, Madonna; Where Life Begins, Madonna.

Depressed songs - Jar of Hearts, Christina Perri; Mad World, Gary Jules; Daffodil Lament, the Cranberries; anything from Sinead O'Connor's album "I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got;" and anything from George Michael.

Angry songs - Beautiful People, Marilyn Manson; BYOB, System of a Down (or anything from System of a Down for that matter), Whatever, Godmack; Keep Away, Godsmack; and Duality, Slipknot.

Ramones - Do you remember Rock and Roll Radio

Peppy, and easy to sing along to.

Alter Bridge: One Day Remains

As your will is bent and broken
and every vision has been cast into the wind
as your courage crashes down before your eyes
don't lay down and die

'Cause I see in you
More than you'll ever know
And I ask you, "Why
You question the strength inside?"
And you need to know
How it feels to be alive

When every wound has been re-opened
And in this world of give and take, you must have faith
And the distance to your dreams stretch beyond reach
Don't lay down and die
No

Let it Be - The Beatles

Hands Held High - Linkin Park, my favourite line from this one is "Risk something, take back what's yours."

My two calm-down songs for when I get sad or upset that usually make me feel better are:
1. If Everyone Cared- Nickelback
2. Safe and Sound- Taylor Swift
(I just put either on on repeat and after a few listens, I'm feeling better!)

Arrested Development's Tennessee

I spent a lot of time in Tennessee for one stretch of life, and boy, do they ever call it.

Then outta nowhere you tell me to break
Outta the country and into more country
Past Dyesburg into Ripley
Where the ghost of childhood haunts me
