My post count seems almost stalled around 475. I'm just curious what the guidelines are: one-for-one, one for every first post on a thread, or maybe something else?

After scanning the last two pages of places you've posted, the majority of your posts are in Office Party, which haven't counted toward total post counts in quite a while.
