"Better Off Alive" is a supernatural/horror story about a woman who uses cryonic suspension as a vehicle to temporarily experience the afterlife. The horror elements are on the lighter side, though.

It's roughly 5,000 words.

I'm looking for any major issues with structure, plot, inconsistencies, etc. I'm not looking for all the little things like spelling, grammar, punctuation, and word choice.
