The Absolut vodka company initiated a lawsuit against a radio station after it changed its name to Absolute Radio.

It must take sun sized balls to imagine that you can own a word you didn't create. I imagine we're next. Cheers!

This has been done before with at least one other word - here's an audio cable company infamous for having (to quote AC/DC) "The biggest balls of them all":
