You can try Hotaru no Hikari, which has only 22 episodes. It's about a woman called Hotaru who works in an office. Though actually she is a homeless hobo who has broken into an empty house. The house belongs to her boss and one morning when he comes there he finds a lot of women's shoes and clothes everywhere, and there's someone sleeping under a pile of newspapers...

Dowtown Abbey...if you like Sherlock, this is pretty great.
