OK, so I just thought I'm come on here and vent, haha. I'm an unpublished author who like most of you is working his butt off to get published. Doesn't it stink when you're in the middle of emailing queries to prospective agents and you get a rejection email???

It just happened...

In other news, I'm trying to persuade my sister into getting a job at an agency, hahaha.

That's no fun.
But what's worse is seeing email in your inbox and thinking OOOOOO!! Maybe ......maybe it's something good!!
And then clicking on it and it's either a rejection, or someone offering to extend your p3nis.
Deflated comes to mind.
:tongue

I'd just mark them off and continue... good luck with the other queries.

Remember, there are tons of agents out there. Sorry about your rejection, though. Bummer.

One of my favorite quotes is "the single most long-term ingredient of success is not just the determination to start, but the ability to start again."
