Modern day Bukowski?

This may reveal my ignorance on today's publishing trends, but are there any authors these days who write similarly to Bukowski or Fante? I find that I read a lot of these types of books but they are always authors from the 1950's to '70s. I can't seem to find any modern day equivalents.

Or maybe I'm just hanging out with the wrong people.

William Burroughs is another type I can't seem to discover these days.

I've read most of the authors around Bukowski, though to me they are nothing like him. I think this site compares tastes of the reader rather than the likeness of the author.
