I should have joined this forum a long time ago. I finally decided to do it when I went looking for a paying political satire market and couldn't find one. It seems all the big guys write their own material. I'd be grateful if someone might suggest a market that takes freelancers.
On a personal note, I'm a freelancer living and working in South Central Pennsylvania doing 98% of my work online.
My main line of work for seven years has been commercial blog management. I've recently decided I'd like to do more querying and article submissions, so I've done some of that to a little fruitful success and I'm looking for more such opportunities. I also write fiction and poetry.
I'm really looking forward to participating in the forums here.
