Good advice, bettielee and I too am wondering why women do this. Seriously, why??? My daughters started to do that in their late teens - with their father, of all people - and I yelled "STOP!!!". I think they got the idea that women must never ask a question unless they are prepared for the true answer, no matter how hurtful.

Same thing with why do women take them shopping? Dudes don't like to shop. Go shopping with your girlfriends, let you boyfriend go do what he likes while you're busy.

I also hate it when girls fish for compliments. It's so transparent.

As it happens, I saw a video on youtube about goth couples.

One of the goths said something like, "Normal couples, the girls go shopping and the guys go to the pub. With goth couples, they both do the same thing together."

Not sure how accurate that is, as I don't really know any goths in real life...

Then again... I love to shop, and apart from dressing the part (which I don't do), I'm somewhere on the goth/metal scale.

Thanks bettielee, I try Motherhood is the hardest job in the world and best done in Asia where live-in help is affordable and extended families are always willing to help.

I skipped court, though and ex showed up at court. Imagine that. I never thought that he'd go within a hundred miles of a courtroom. Seems as if he's managed to get him a lawyer somehow.

Today is cashew-cheese lasagna day, though!
