I'm breaking down. I need a new project. I just can't decide if I want to start a new WIP or try a fanfic to take the edge off. Or try to start revising CT until I get a great SNI.

Well, I have a problem of trying to rename Auror, because it's sort of a role in something I'm trying to do. I asked one of my writing friends I met online (on a different forum... 
) and the best she could come up with is Artorer. It sounds to familiar, I think?

I can't do that unless I go to the really expensive place, which I rarely go to. Because the cheaper places generally don't know how to cut really curly hair, which I have.

Along with the whole Artorer thing, I need an unusual name. One syllable if it's possible. That's what I would prefer. I've been looking and looking, and I can't find one.
Cyrus ...Or Edge. ...I knew a guy named Edge Barry (...or Berry, don't remember which way it was spelled) in third grade.

My mom's friends little girl is named Journey. I've never seen or heard of that name (except for the band, but she isn't named after that), so it's quite different.
When I have a little girl, her name is going to be Charleigh. It's spelled differently, and I LOVE it. My great grand father, who died a year before I was born, was named Charles, and Mom told me about that name. I love it

True. But you also don't have to spell it to everyone. Half the time my own relatives don't spell my name right.
