It's a five-year-old video in which Gwen Olsen (apparently a former pharmacist and pharmaceutical rep) essentially plugs her book Confessions of an Rx Drug Pusher. Her particular bugbear is that antidepressants are ineffective, but are pushed by the industry because they're a big moneymaker.
