"Angels", "Pale", "What Have YOu Done Now?", and "Stand My Ground" are my faves. but "Jillian" and "Our Farewell" are wonderful, too.

Uh oh, I just found a new song for Love Sucks. That'd be great if it was replacing a Joanne song (since I'm editing out Mai's feelings for her), but it would go in a place where I already have a song and that scene isn't going to change at all.

I feel weird after reading everybody's soundtracks because the only thing I listened to when writing SM was Tokio Hotel...over and over and over. And surprisingly, I'm still listening to it. Their music is dark and the lyrics are almost poetic. I love that.

I was listening to it yesterday (I just bought a lot of No Doubt songs, so it's on my "new music" playlist) and I realized it works great for Mailee and Eric, which is awesome because I'm shifting the romance focus in the beginning of the novel more towards Eric. If I can fit it in to replace the Joanne songs, that'd be great, but if not, it will work just as well when Mai is possessed with Envy, it's just that I already have a song in that slot.

I worked in "Everything is Alright" for The Duff. I love it, and I just had to use it. Luckily, it fits Bianca because she's incredibly nuerotic and claims she's fine all the time. The lyrics just fit her in the early chapters--great excuse to put MCS on my soundtrack!

I don't have an soundtrack put together yet, but I know MCS will be all over it. They are one of my favorite bands and so much of it fits College for Witches. I'll post my soundtrack after I've had some time to think about it.
