Teens Writing for Teens, the 5th

I've tried writing with no plot in mind - I failed. I've been trying different methods ever since.

FUUUUUUUUUUUU- just whacked my head!!!!! ((( *cries*

My outlining is halarious... I sit there blasting music with a little book just thinking up and writing down whatever comes to my mind.

See when i was little I used to play this game... sort of with myself (I'm an only child) I would sit there and just make up stories. Just silly, scary, stupid stories right off the top of head. My mom thought i was nuts heheheehe. But the way i think about it outlining for me is like playing that game and just making up a story. It doesnt have to make complete 100% sense at first. That all comes out when you actually start writing it. Everything falls into place once you start actually pounding it out.

I wish I could write with just a 'musical outline' that's done as I find inspiring songs on iTunes or whatever and get new ideas. I'm scared to try it, especially with my confidence.

The fact that I've started an outline for Underdogs doesn't help.

What scene from a horror movie or just your own imagination has stuck with you forever... The kind of thing that sometimes pops into your head the the quiet dark of your room making you want to run and sleep in your parents bed? Have any?

Well my outlining is often crazy... I have an odd hobby of collecting notebooks that i tend to never write in... So usually when i start outlining i use a new book alothough lot of time my outlines end up in my class notebooks, (because I tend to outline when i'm bored in class)

So yes, for about 4 of the 8 books i have noetbook outlines for them... I tried just outlining on my computer but i find i think better when i'm able to be unorganized and scribble all over the page

The only thing I can remember is the scene from Final Destination 1, where they're on the plane and it crashes - only for it to be a dream. haha

Hmm...

I dunno how to make up my mind. Lol. And yes, I have a general writing notebook, but if I choose the music method, I want one for each book...

Feeling so good about my new WIP! It's only been three days but I've already made a lot of progress.

Lol, yeah. That part of my brain is pretty weak, admittedly.

Musical outline or spreadsheet outline. That is my dialemma.

Well, I'm soon going to be off swimming with youth, in three hours, and then I'll be camping, so I need to get some outlining done that involves the Internet. Mainly house names. I feel so proud I got one all by myself. Hah.

I figured that making one based off the Roc would be easy... Not really. Then the Chamrosh, and then the Basilik. Glkfjbvlsidfuhvl. That's my thoughts at this moment.
