The King's Speech. If this thing doesn't sweep some Oscars I will throw rocks at the tv. :D

I've heard that Gosling and Williams are amazing in it!

And yeah, I'd see it just for that. I'm also curious about the way it was filmed.

True Grit. Great cast, great direction. Better than the original.

AND???

I'm dying to see this...is it all people say it is?

It's great. It is a downer, but not as depressing as it could. Kind of empowering depending on how you look at it. But both Gosling and Williams are awesome in it, but Gosling is standout--even if he didn't get the Oscar nom. The original NC-17 rating is ridiculous.

The way it was filmed is truly interesting, considering how much of their "lived together" and "dating" lives you see on screen. Some people left my theater and didn't come back -- I'm going to assume they were bored.

I gave up on the all those self serving glamour fests
so long ago, but when John Malkovich didn't win for
supporting actor in 'In the Line of Fire' (Clint Eastwood's
secret service movie) I knew they were screwed up.

I just watched THE EDGE on Sunday. I love that movie.
2000- Anthony Hopkins- Alec Baldwin - and a bear

Great flick.

On Saturday I watched THE GREEN HORNET in the theaters. Sucked.

Mega Pirahna. I recorded it from the sy fy channel the other night. I've watched half of it. Absolutely silly but still good fun. It was hilarious watching the MC kick away pirahna after pirahna as he lay on his back. And pirahna's jumping out of the river to crash into houses.
