Whitley, Stars and Au Revoir Simone.

Also, the soundtrack to 'How to Train Your Dragon'. That music just makes me want to get up and go on an adventure C:

For 'epic' scenes (ie, really emotional or action-packed ones) I rely on movie soundtracks like Narnia, LOTR, Stardust, Harry Potter, and Pirates of the Caribbean. For fantasy in particular, I like a strange mix of classical and orchestral rock, like Enya, Hayley Westenra, Nightwish, Within Temptation, and Gustav Holst's The Planets. And I also have playlists for each particular story with songs that thematically match the plot and characters. For my current WIP, there's a lot of Florence + the Machine, Keane, and Imogen Heap.

You have come up with the formula for win.

Especially with Deftones (they're one of my favorite bands ever). And The Black Keys, Dave Matthews Band, Allman Brothers Band, Sick Puppies, Pearl Jam...I should stop.

Anyway, for my WIP called "The Castle Captures Me", I love the playlist I have.

Walk By by Meiko (Link is the wrong version. You can find it on playlist.com.)
Twice by Little Dragon
No Signs of Pain by Azure Ray
Night Time by The Xx
Thank You by Dido
Lacrymosa by Evanescence
Vanishing by A Perfect Circle
Pet by A Perfect Circle
The Hollow (Acoustic) by A Perfect Circle
Falling by Florence + The Machine
Swimming by F+TM
I'm Not Calling You A Liar by F+TM
Blinding by F+TM
Après Moi by Regina Spektor (could only find live version)
Hero by Regina Spektor
An Ocean Away by The Age of Rockets
Shelter by Sarah McLachlan
Aha! by Imogen Heap

And it is still growing...

Winter Autumn!

That is an awesome playlist. Gotta make sure to add Heavy in your Arms to mine (it is such an amazing song makes me wonder what it's doing on the Eclipse OST.)

Good luck on WinterAutumnheart! ;)
