Writing news:

My chapter lengths are crazy, so I'm going for 1K - 2K per scene.

I'm going on holiday for two weeks at the start of August, so I'm just going to do Camp Wrimo in July.

Other news:

My headphones are broken (they keep cutting out), but the ones Mum leant me are broken as well.

my chapters are always really really long

Trying to write something, or do some research...

But I can't

It's only 8:30. I'll do something... Now.

Just started my spring semester this week and my brain is about to explode. :< How is everyone?

I was in a car most of the day. I'm back at college now.

Hey Missus, sorry your heads about to explode. Writing always helps me when i get to that point.

I just went through the folder in my computer "Other book idea" and spruced up all the few page summaries. I have a Plot and Character description of the Two ideas in there right now. I found look alike pictures of what i think the characters should look like and now i really want to write the one... Oh well

I have class Monday.

Speaking of story ideas, I hate it when you have a story idea and you are about to start the story then another story idea comes along. And you get conflicted. :< I am so indecisive.

I know how you feel, Horserider. I already have ten assignments from two classes due tomorrow online and I have yet to do them. I am such a procrastinator.

I've been a good student so far this semester. No procrastination, and gone to all my classes (even on Thursday when I was feeling like absolute crap).

The writing has started kicking my butt again. But until I figure out the cause, I won't be able to figure out the solution.

I think my desire to write has disintegrated since I started my semester. :<

Missus:

Weirdly, a part of me has urges to write a collection of YA short stories and self publish them. This is weird because I hate writing short stories for uni.

I don't think I've written a short story for one of my courses yet, but I fear like if I did then I would most likely not be able to stop. That is probably one of my habits, I tend to try to keep a story going even it should end. Trying to change that though.

I do think that's a great idea though, Lisa! Where are you going to self-publish? Lulu?

We always have to write short stories for my creative writing classes. >< Well, mostly.

I'm not sure. I've looked at Createspace, Smashwords and Amazon. What I really want is for them (well, it - it'll be a collection) avaible in book format and e-book format.

I don't know if I'm going to do this, though. I guess it depends how Sticks and Stones goes, and the other projects I want to do this year.
