Athena Press has had a lot of trouble in the past, and has gone bust more than once.

That said, it was very openly and obviously a vanity press. Although, if there were many problems with the final product these should have been corrected during the proof stages.

If you're interested in self publishing instead then you should check out the self-publishing forums here. There are a lot of experienced folk who have been self-pulibshing for a long time.

If you've got evidence to prove that Wilbury Solutions Ltd did that, then you should notify their liquidators Silke & Co Ltd because generally, a private company can't offer its shares to the public unless it meets certain regulatory criteria (which are stringent).

Yet another series of dodgy UK bankruptcies. I keep thinking I must be mistaken, and that you can't just shed your obligations by changing your name and pretending to be a different company.
