Another newby

Hi everyone

I've already posted my query at SYW, had it critiqued (bashed, mashed and smashed) and was thrilled when I got the A Okay on yesterday's attempt. I only wish I hadn't sent the original to as many agencies as I could email, beforehand!

I am already addicted to AW. Sticking my nose in a few rooms, I've noticed that everyone seems very friendly and willing to help. The assault on my query was committed very respectfully

I am absolutely sure that the latest one is about a million times better than the original, thanks to people's honesty. It was a tiny bit painful, but I learned a huge amount.

I'm an Australian, living and teaching in Hong Kong, with my family, spending way too much time in front of the computer. Nice to meet you all.

Glad you have found the SYW helpful, I have just posted my second new thread and I am sitting here shaking a bit!

As you have found, it's definitely worthwhile and yes, the people here are a good bunch!
