Pyscho, Andelana... by Hellboy do you mean Ron Perlman or the actual character of Hellboy? Red skin, horns, rock hand and all?

Because that's a pretty big distinction I need to be sure on before I call you both weird for fancying a demon.

I can't speak for Psychomacologist, but I meant Hellboy. Ron Perlman... meh... But Hellboy is awesome.

I've been called weird for worse things. Do your best! ;)

To be honest... if I called you weird for it, I'd have to call myself weird too. I'm not into the red skin and all, but there's no denying the voice is pure sex. Same reason when I was younger I had a crush on Slade from the Teen Titans cartoon. Just that voice...

While we're at it, Abe Sapien's voice is awesome too. At least in the 1st movie when he was voiced by David Hyde Pierce.

I have always had a thing for Robin, to be honest. I mean, those tights and he's a gymnast, after all...

True. I had a thing for him in the TT cartoon... Beast Boy too. Hold on... *looks up fanfiction* It exists! Well, that's my evening sorted.

I prefer fanart and cosplay pictures of him, especially when he's tied up and more especially as a hostage of Catwoman...

I'm getting straight into the TMI territory, am I?

Max, honey... with me, there's no such thing as TMI territory.

And yes Shoestring, Nightwing is hot too. I'm not really a comic reader but I read the 1st issue of the New 52 Nightwing and... hubba hubba!

Yeaaaaah... this. Hellboy. The red skin and horns just do it for me.

Of course, I also had a crush on the Predator before he took the mask off so...

I don't really read comics either, but I did try when DC did their reboot and Nightwing... woah.

But yeah, there's nothing wrong with fancying a cartoon. Not really. Sure they're not real, but for all intents and purposes celebrities might as well not be real for all the chance we have of actually dating/sleeping with them, yet crushing on them is perfectly acceptable. So I see no problem.

Besides, lots of animated characters are hot! *cough* Lelouch Lemperouge, Susaku Kururugi, grown-up Alphonse Elric, Roy Mustang *cough*

I used to read comics a lot (They kind of lost me in the 'nineties).

I never really had crushes on characters, except I loved to draw them.

What I really, really wanted ... was to wear their costumes. Nightwing, sure. Green Lantern, one of my faves, esp. with the jacket. Black Canary, classic.

I used to work out ways to make superhero costumes.

I think hearing about 50 Shades of Grey so much lately has messed with my brain. In the shower just now, an idea for a story occurred to me that made me have to take a step back and go "wow, that's kind of messed up."

Stupid brain...

Apparently 50 Shades of Gray is an awful ripoff of a movie I deeply enjoyed called The Secretary.

I mostly read Alan Moore and Neil Gaiman stuff, or straight-up graphic novels.

And thank you, Kricket. :) It's about a restaurant clerk who suspects his boss, the cook, may be killing children for the arepas (a sandwhich made of cornbread, very popular in Venezuela and Colombia) and then mysterious metalheads appear for a special "order".

This talk reminded me that the closest thing to furries that exist in my WIP setting are people who "adopt" a superhero identity and go to a "special gymnasium" where they recreate their fantasies.

Hiding from mountain trolls. Do you smell fish?

Jean Havoc and Maes Hughes were more for me...though Roy Mustang in FMA: Brotherhood was freakin' awesome.

Whew...I'm not the only one

Hold on. *Googles* Oh dear god, the domineering man's surname is even the same!

Jean Havoc and Maes Hughes were more for me...though Roy Mustang in FMA: Brotherhood was freakin' awesome.
I've only ever seen Brotherhood. Hughes was awesome, but the whole "over the top flailing while crying about how great his family is" got kind of irritating. Havoc never really registered for me, if I'm honest.

But Mustang? Good lord, Mustang...

EDIT: Oh, and the Predator? Really? And I thought I was weird...

Really? If I had had a hint of straight, I'd have gone for Havoc just because he was so unlucky in love. Then again, maybe that's only because I lack straightness.

On a purely emotional level I think my fave was Mustang.
