*gasp* Bos is the avatar thief! :O

That, or he knows who it is and is giving the person their next targets.

OR, and this is far more likely,

I know a mod or two with Av-changing powers, and may or may not have dropped one of them a line that someone in the Cantina (who is also always taking potshots at said mod) was bragging most foolishy.

:D

So.... You're are admitting to helping/knowing the thief?

*pulls out handcuffs* I'm claiming a civilian arrest. ....because I can do that, right?

It's all been harder than it sounds. Many people (hi, Fati!) have been telling me that I need to be sure and take care of myself in the midst of this particular hurricane, or risk losing my own mind. If I burn out, I won't be able to take care of anybody.

Fati is an exceptionally smart person. :) Yay for you for getting a night out and for getting the writing going again. Not only am I sure it's harder than it sounds, it also sounds overwhelming. And quick, which I must imagine is distressing in the short term, if maybe a mercy in the long.

Thinking of you, and sending lots of :Hug2: your way.

anyone afraid of what is in store for later today?

Given that I spent all night last night dreaming that I smelled cat piss, and finally woke up enough to check the towel I'd wrapped around my head after getting out of the shower last night, and have since then dealt with TWO toddler poopsplosions, I don't really want to know what else is in store.

Over here there'll be lots of lycra clad men on bicycles

I'm sure no one will doubt me when I say I'd much rather be there than here. Much rather.

Is their anti-avatarjack software I should look into? I mean what will I do if they put a pink pony on mine??

I think we should just all be happy that we weren't given random Nicholas Cage movie characters for avatars.

I'm admitting only to being a snitch.

Beyond that, who (and what) I know is up for serious debate.

'Cause I know nothing. About this, anyway.

Good morning! Boo for synopses. I think I'm going to have to write one up today to refocus on a story I outlined a while ago and now have to write. :(

*dodges all April Fools foolishness*

Yeah, it's strange the things that people presume about why writers write or how much of them must be revealed or injected into their stories.

And, on that note, I go to eat homemade mac n cheese. NOMS.

This is why I fear asking people I know to read the things I write. I am certainly not my characters, but I don't think everyone knows that.

I wish I had mac n cheese... :e2bummed:

I've been checking out Anime X-Men on Netflix recently. Was somewhat surprised to see that it took putting Cyclops in the hands of the Japanese to make him an interesting character again.

Is it tiny? I think everybody else's have just gotten bigger over the years.

This is why I fear asking people I know to read the things I write. I am certainly not my characters, but I don't think everyone knows that.

I just tell them the male characters are based on me. Or the villains. :D

I try to pretend that I'm really two people, and the male half of me is the one who does all the public appearances.

No-one's yet absconded with Barbara Stanwyck. She's pretty feisty for a 104-year-old.

Oh I'm so working in a villain or hero who uses a shovel now. Not sure which book, but it's going in. :D

Ugh...I have the focus of a Fruit Loop today. And as you all know, Fruit Loops are the least focused of the breakfast cereals.

*squeezes eyes closed and shakes head* no, no you don't.

I've given birth twice. Fictionally, of course.

I totally should have asked my OB doc if I could have gone that route. Stupid!

Just make sure he/she/it gets a lot of sweet one-liners. :D

Long Palm Sunday Mass is long.

At least I have coffee now. Today, I think I'm going to try to make poppyseed rolls now that I've taken my drug screen for work.

And I need to find a new avatar for tomorrow. I think it's time for a change.
