Okay, I actually managed to get some "free" time and although it's not a lot, I got 166 shiny new words on the WIP. Wrapped up a chapter, though it's a little shorter than my average, it just seemed the right place to stop. (You know, one of those chapter endings that make you want to hurry to the next chapter.

) On a brighter note, the WIP WC is now at 46,750! (Only 3250 to hit 50K!)

Signing off January with 170 words. Did want to do a little more but this chapter was tricky to start.

So my grand total for January is...18,273 words! Yay me!

No words today, but I finally attacked the synopsis from hell (competition closing date is the 2nd), and have lost my 84 pesky words! It is now 1,000 words exactly. Submitting tomorrow as I want to give it one last check first.

About 1200 today. I actually "cheated" on my blog so I could concentrate on my WIP. I posted something I had once put in SYW here as the blog post. And finished a chapter on the book.

Nothing else to add from last night. Total for January was around 14k, which is pretty good - my best ever total, actually.

To quote Principal Skinner, though, now I need to try and beat that record...

My total for January was aprox 16.5K. I'm pretty happy with that but I'm also hoping I can do a lot better in February.
