huh? wha....oh yeah, back to the REAL humor. So which kinds of lobster rolls do youse prefer downstate?

I prefer the kind with the big chunks of lobstah. The lobstah salad kind are fine but the chunky ones are bettah.

How is it that you all manage to turn a word like "job" into about three or four syllables? It brings out the crazy in me.

Honestly, though, is the crazy that far from the surface to begin with?

Do you know what you people made me do? You made me google where I can get a decent and not-too-expensive lobster roll in Manhattan, that's what you did. And I'm on my way to get it for a very late lunch. I'll bet you bastids can get one cheaper than $15, can't you? Can't you?

In the middle of Michigan? Are you kidding? The only chance I have at getting a lobster roll is if Porter mails me one.

eta: I could make one, but it really needs that special New England roll to make it work right. Can't get that here at all.

GAH! That's right. And I've had some excellent lobster in massachusetts. Still, nothing beats going down to the docks and getting them fresh off the boat. And that was about five minutes away from me when I lived in Maine.

Proxy had nothing to do with it. That was Grandpa Rutledge, fresh from the Ontario/Quebec border. But the rest of my parts are all Americanland. Except for the Scottish, the Dutch, the English, the Irish....
