*ahem*

Regardless of anything else today, this day, May 15, is an automatic 10. On this day 29 years ago, I jumped the wall.

I will be eating a decadent dessert tonight and giving my husband and kids an extra hug.

Go, me. :yessmiley Freedom.

Congratulations on your victory anniversary, Calla! Way to go.

I wonder, did you ever read Madeleine Polland's terrific SABRINA? Set in Ireland just before WWI, it tells a fantastic story, and its main character jumps the wall long before it "was done." Great read.

An article by moi is on the Novel Rocket blog today. www.novelrocket.com.
I hope you enjoy!!

Hi everyone! Have been so busy lately-- stepson bought a house and we are helping them rehab it. I am too old for this! LOL

Just got a big edit job for my Christmas novella. Hope everyone is doing well!

Not per se, KVic, it's just that I've found most of them to be rather banal and boring. Selected authors, if they sell to Barbour, I will read, because I like their work already.

Can you get away with the 'b' word in Christian YA? It's my bad guy talking to my FMC about why he attacked her and the main reason is that (to him) she is one.

I toyed with other words, but none 'fit'. What do you do in those situations?

Unlikely. Sorry. Can you rewrite the sentence something like, "You know what you are, don't you? That's why I did ___."

That's a good suggestion.

Btw, I just got a request for a full from watershed. I'm very excited. :)
