Well, in mitigation, your honor, she doesn't have any priors, not even an unpaid parking ticket.
I would suggest that she be released on her OR. Considering that she couldn't possibly have commited the crime all on her own - there are just too many avies.
And in addition to which, she is in possession of a rather unique pre-licking device, the disappearance of which would result in much suffering to the writing community in general and this thread in particular.
So, in summation, your honor, we respectfully request that the defendant be incarcerated in the gingerbread house for the time it would take to eat her way out. (About 5 minutes.) Justice could then be said to be sweet.
