Just got an idea for a game while singing along to some music while working on my MS, wonder if anything like this has been posted before...

Post song lyrics, then guess the song....pick a song, any song, new or old, popular, unpopular....Let's see if this takes off. If no one can guess it, use the codeword: "Vanilla Ice"!

"They'll be the King of Hearts, and you're the Queen of Spades
Then we'll fight for you like we were your soldiers..."

Better Things by Passion Pit :D

I'm actually not to big of a Passion Pit fan, but I've only heard a few songs by them

"From a whipporwill out on a hill, they took a new note
Pushed it through a horn, 'til it was worn into a blue note."

Didn't take me long to kill this thread. Ah well, since I won't be around for a couple of weeks: it's "The Birth of the Blues" from 1926.
