It's so quiet here.
I'm kinda depressed because I just found out Moira J Moore's 'Heroes' series has been cancelled (is that the right word? What is the literary equivalent of an ongoing series being axed?) by Ace. That was one of my favourite fantasy series.

Is that going to be black enough? Wait, that came out totally wrong. I mean, the black moment isn't just a bad day. It's an arc that spirals down and just about forces your protag to give up (think Harry's anger and frutration at dumbly-door in feathly hallows)

Stressed. This plotting is doing my head in. I'm hoping I'll get replies to the sandbox thread I posted earlier over the weekend.

Had a look at your Sandbox thread and I'm not sure how we can help you. Nobody can make up the plot of your entire novel for you. We can't know what plot elements you might find exciting and compelling. What specifically are you looking for?
Ummm, advice mostly on the elements of a plot (don't have to be specfic to the genre), the questions, and coming up with a plot in general. Make sense?
