That quote makes no sense.
If his name is Doctor, then the line should read, 'His name is...Doctor.'
If you write it as 'His name is...the Doctor.' then it sounds like a title, which it's not.
In the year 347, Theodosius I was born. He became a Roman Emperor. Although his father was Theodius the Elder, I don't believe Theodosius has been a popular name since.
