Good afternoon, my King, Royals.

Yay! My internet is working again. Hope everyone is having a good day.

A gift for the King: a new machine for the castle.

Pfft! Who wants a run-of-the-mill hand-dryer when you can have one of these:

For you, Your Majesty.

Welp, lemme tell ya about my day.

The circus freaks upstairs let their dog outside, near my window, to bark and whine at 7 this morning. So it woke me up and just as I would start to fall back asleep, it would wake me up again. Since I'm a night person and work nights, I used to sleeping until about noonish. But I finally got a nap in and slept a big part of my day away on accident.

So, I get to working on my chariot. Of course, nothing is going right on this. I broke a socket wrench and I can't seem to get to a bolt. It's sitting in my driveway on a set of ramps while I try to figure out another strategy.

I should have never told the Royal Mechanic, "Naw, it's okay, I can get this in a half hour, no problem!" Famous last words.

Okay, back at it. I hope all are doing well.

ETA: And now I find out I don't have the right size of wrenches to get the last bolt out. Looks like this project is on ice until I do.

But, Princess V, you missed the whole point of the gift from Princess Spiral. It wasn't a hand dryer but a bacon vending machine.

Your Majesty, I am sorry for your sleep issues due to the neighbor's dog and with your chariot issue due to tool catastrophe. I wish I were there to run to the hardware store to get you the proper size socket.

I would talk to your neighbors too, and explain why their dog may not be underneath your window at 7 am. Yes, I would.

Oh, I'll be having a conversation with them tonight. This isn't going fly.

I have feelers out to people. This will take care of itself in time. I have a friend that will be able to help me get to work, etc. It's just frustrating. I had a huge day planned, but you know as soon as you say that something will happen. Oh well.

In the meantime, I'll be updating my blog and doing other fun things.

And now I'm wondering what a bacon vending machine would look like and how much it would charge for some bacon.

Well, I'm thinking about how much to charge others who are not in our Royal Circle. I'm sure the extra income could be put to great uses.

Duchess Ambrosia, how would you like a giant hot tub full of chocolate? I'll bet it's great on the skin and luxurious beyond belief.

Don't you think a hot tub full of chocolate would clog the jets? At least it would leave my skin smelling delicious. :D

Good morning, my King.

Good morning, dear Royals.

Coffee:

Oh that coffee smells wonderful!

A hot tub full of chocolate? I can see how that might be hard on the jets, but it is an interesting thought.

:

Wait. Maybe she does know that, but wanted to set a diversion so she could have all the bacon for herself!

*eyes Princess V suspiciously*

Nope. Just me being a nonobservant bone head. It's been one of those weeks. But at least your gift actually makes sense now. I thought a hand dryer was rather random.

Oh. I skipped coffee this morning. Wow.

Thanks for seeing to coffee/breakfast this morning, Princess Mary. :Hug2:

Is it too late for coffee? It's almost 1pm here. Perhaps.

So, we had about 24 hours of rain here and now it's cold. Again.
And I really don't feel like doing anything. But, I'm still working on my car. Well, I haven't really started yet, but I'm looking at it and thinking about it, which counts. A bit.

Oh those are the most important steps. Then after you look at and think about, you visualize each step of the process, including the cold hands having difficulty holding the tools. . .before you know it you decide it's much too cold out to do this and go back inside. :D
