There's Robonaut, a life-sized humanoid robot that's been on the ISS for, I forget, a year or two:

Okay, Robonaut isn't a FULL humanoid - from the waist down it's nothing but a mounting post, but you don't really need those other parts in space, do you???

Ok, maybe it's me but why would they need a sexbot? If they want to have sex, seems easier to just have sex with each other.

I'm eerily reminded of Gerty from "Moon".
