I don't know anything about that specific situation other than what was in the link you gave, but I can say that the courts would be seriously tied up if every author who had a second book rejected by a publisher took it to jury!

I've gotten some questions about Creation House, from people who submitted to Strang and were referred there.

That's not a very informative article--I'd love to know the details.

Note in their online submission form, you have to check off how many books you are willing to purchase from them. It starts at 2000.

I've actually changed the number and put in 50...was still referred to their self-pub imprint though.

Has anyone submitted through their online submission form and actually got offered a traditional contract?
