Looking for a fresh pair of eyes

Hi,
I have written articles but not books for children. I have two possible children's books, each a little over 1000 words, that need feedback. The manuscripts have been looked at by others. I just need a fresh pair of eyes to look at them because I think they still have room for improvement. If you have experience writing children's books, your help is appreciated.....or even teachers....anyone?
