I'm good!

Wondering if I will finally be able to write today. Wrote that 17K all of Friday and hardly wrote a word since then. Pretty much only 500 words added to some scenes and that's it. 17K divided by the last 3 days is about 5.6K, which is still a great average, but I miss writing lol. I might just finish up the outlining though. So I know where I'm going when I write.

ETA: how are you?

17,000 words in one day? My most is 10,000 on a day for NaNo, although I usually write after school and that not on weekends lol
I'm ok thanks :D

Yup I once hit 14K in one day in 2010 too. On Friday, I had the idea to do another 24-hour write-a-thon like I had back then and my goal was 17K. I thought I wouldn't make it, but I did! :D

Thanks. :)

When I'm doing my on/off writing method (30 minutes, break, 30 minutes at the moment), I can average 500 words in a session.

I agree about the quality. It definitely suffers when you're just flying through without hardly thinking about the words you're writing.

That's why I want to revise TL as I go. I can't leave it where that 17K words is all sucktastic haha

There is a part of me that misses writing when I'm watching TV, but I never seem to write much!!

ETA: I may write slow, but I bet the quality is sucky.

My quality is more sucky when it comes to spelling, when i'm writing more slowly I stop and correct things. Also i have a problem of skipping over one and two letter words when i write and read so when i write more quickly I miss those little words.

The quality of writing writing wise (if that makes sense) is still pretty ok. I just hate description, i find it boring to read and write so when i'm writing really fast i stop doing that too.

Almost 4 pages of outlining done for 11 chapters in my very cute Hello Kitty composition notebook. Still have 24 major scenes left to include in my outline. That could be possibly 10-15 more chapters. I know I'm totally gonna finish a beta-ready draft before my birthday. I might even be ready to query before summer. We shall see!

I know all of my major scenes -- I'm so impatient to get to the first one! The awkward kiss. I am so excited to write it, but I don't know long how it's going to be until I actually get to write it.
