Any smarties using Scrivener for Windows?

I’m a really new newbie to this program. It’s cool but I have questions. The forum there is slow in answering or maybe I’m impatient but…

How do I set the header and footers. The “manuscript” complier has the page number in the footer and I want to move it to the header.

Is there a way to move stuff from one project to another? Drag and drop doesn’t work.

According to the novel template notes:

Page header: You can edit the page header in the “Page Settings” pane of the Compile sheet.

However there is no Page Settings pane in the compile sheet.

So they probably haven't added it yet.

Also, it's beta software still and I wouldn't write a novel in it yet.

Yeah, I not putting actually content in it yet but I am organizing my research in it. While I’m doing that, I’m trying to figure out all the inner workings.
