Just registered here a few minutes ago - got the link from the Science Fiction Fantasy (SFF) Chronicles forums. I've been a regular there for several months but only today stumbled on a post mentioning AW and how great it (alledgedly) is
If I recall correctly I wrote almost an entire fantasy novel when I was 15 (it was crap, of course) and have now been trying to re-capture that spirit and enthusiasm for many years (I wouldn't go so far as to say 'decades'). As with SFF Chronicles (and my long since expired subscription to Writer's Digest before that), I'm hoping to make AW another reason to encourage ('whip' would probably be a better word) myself to write, write, write! As to reading, I read everything fantasy from Hobb to Martin to Eddings and Brooks.
Hope to get to know you guys soon. Oh, btw, I currently reside in Malaysia.
