I know that compared to other computer problems, this is not that big of a deal, but I've had my folders organized in alphabetical order ever since I had my first computer way back in 1998 and this has never happened before. How can I fix this?
My Folders No Longer in Alphabetical Order.

Click the "Name" heading on the main folder (and possibly click again to make it A to Z).
If it doesn't stay the way you want it, there's a way to fix that as well.

Hey, I clicked "Clear changes" under the "Folder" pane, just to see what would happen and it went right back to alphabetical order! Thanks for your help. I will tell you if they go disorganized again.
