Squirrel be some good eatin'. Won't eat no dawg, but I've et rabbit, deer, buffalo, antelope, gator, lobster, eel, sea urchin, squid, octopus, and prob'ly a myriad other things most folks would turn their noses up at.
I ordered a seafood pizza in a little seaside town in Italy once. The mussels were still in their shells, and the prawns were complete down to their little beady eye stalks, and all arranged amidst chopped octopus tentacles and calamari.
It looked like a little aqua scape on tomato sauce.
