Yeah, I'm hoping it's a glitch and not a vile-filled, targeted attack.

Cause there be some petty people out there....

Oh, and I had to close down, but was able to get back in. Didn't actively log out, however.

Good point about the link not being closed...That would make sense, HTML-wise. Okay, retracting HATE until further information is acquired.

Still, crazy-spamming AW would be a great way to improve hits, but also alienating an important customer base. Let's hope nobody AW advertises is that crazy.

I dunno. Considering that it has infected the quoting portion as well as the logging portion, I'm not ruling out something deliberate. The amount of venom spewed by some of the "burned" people out there makes me think that at least one of them would be willing to launch a torpedo at AW.

Guess we'll wait and see.

Testing the quotation capabilities. I left-clicking took me to the page. Right-clicking, I "Selected All" then just right-arrowed and was able to type.

But yeah, an-noy-ing!

And had to "Shift-Left-Click" to bypass the auto-send to the link.

Whew.

Glad it's not an attack.

Yeah I'm noticing weird links everywhere. Even in the reply pane all the fonts and buttons are linked to 'editingforauthors.com'.

Agreed. Hopefully the pendulum doesn't swing the other way with people thinking they hacked up AW. Someone might blame them by mistake.

Well I'm kind of glad I missed the link mess up thingy. Blah day would have been made worse if I couldn't get onto AW.

I swear my stomach is 3 times bigger today than it was when I went to bed last night. Hips are not happy about it.
