Bailing out Banks Really Works...Well...

I'm starting to think there are only a few hundred people who still believe bailouts can work, and most of them are employed by the House and Senate.

Can they actually say that with a straight face, and expect people to believe it?

Citigroup is an icon of big-government meddling in almost anything it can think of, and colluding with a favored few to make themselves and their buddies rich.
