Happy Father's Day to any fathers in here.

I'm behaving.

Yep. I did explain why I wasn't taking the kitten - but I explained to the 'foster' mom who was taking care of it, not directly to the cat lady. Maybe it was the broken telephone thing and my explanation got muddled. She saw that I was not impressed about having information witheld so I guess that annoyed her.

Anyway. The kitty saga is over and done with for now. I'm trusting that we'll find the right kitty or she will find us.


So, how are you all doing? Enjoying Father's Day? Lots of cakes and chocolates?

It would be great if I was writing while I was away from AW, but I'm not. Mostly I'm just working and recovering from working. Last night I recovered with a Mudslide. But I only had one, so it was only enough to almost make my feet quit hurting.

DD #2 wished me a happy Fathers Day. She still has a real father; DD #1 doesn't.

Maybe they'll give you a can of Pork-n-beans!! Or a can of hominy! Or maybe she was saving all those cans of peaches for when they were just about to blow so she can send 'em back to you.

They have a running joke about getting me a giant screen TV for Fathers Day. They each claim they gave the other one money for it.

They've been promising me that TV since 1998.

Well, when you actually get it, that'll be a heck of a surprise. The suspense must be killing you.

I called my dad. It sucks that he had to leave. But he's with my Gram, and that's where he belongs right now.

I've promised DD #1 a massage this week. Maybe I should spank her while I'm at it.

Hmmm...not sure if that's what they would serve in hell or heaven. Sound super delicious and gross at the same time. Is it one of your concoctions or out of a packet, Syd?

I made it. But I used syrups. Soooo goood.

I want a chocolate raspberry coffee!

I'll settle for the coffee that is in front of me though.
